Refund Policy

At Aerloom, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

1. Standard Purchases

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

2. Preorders

For products purchased as a preorder, you may request a refund within 7 days of the preorder purchase date. After 7 days, preorders are non-refundable.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at support@aerloom.life with your order details. We will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. Exceptions

  • Refunds are not available for products that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original condition.
  • Refunds are not available after the specified refund period (14 days for standard purchases, 7 days for preorders).

5. Processing Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider.
